On the rear sleeve is incorrectly stated that every track was recorded in 1969.
There are also incorrect track times given for some tracks:
- Candy Says 4:00,
- Femme Fatale 4:37 and
- Heroin 2:35.
All track lengths are as on the original three albums this compilation covers and the master release of this record Andy Warhol's Velvet Underground Featuring Nico.
