The song titles and date given on the release are fictitious.
In fact, it's a part of a jam-session known as the "Mike Ephron Sessions", recorded on September 1969 (13th or 19th) at Shokan House, Boiceville, NY, with Mike Ephron, Juma Sultan and Jerry Velez.
