Recorded live in Paris, Copenhagen, London & Amsterdam.
Die-cut sleeve with embossed lettering.
Incl. foldout insert/poster.
Some initial promotional copies had perforated but uncut windows on cover front.
But not all of these promotional copies came with foldout insert/poster.
Manufacturing variations: although the label text and its format should be exactly the same, there might be some variations of this release.
