Some copies included a beige folder with black and white photos of Gary Brooker, Keith Reid, and the band. The back of the Gary Brooker photo has a rubber stamp on it stating Brian Cooke, Visualeyes Ltd. 11 Blenheim Cres. London, W11, 01-727 1533., .
