This LP is part of a sort of trilogy (see B.B. King - Lucille Had A Baby (Ace CHD 271) and B.B. King - One Nighter Blues (Ace CHD 201) that releases for the first time original masters, inedits and alternate takes resurfaced from the rpm/Modern vaults.
From the CHD 271 LP liner notes:
"This LP continues the same format as Ace LPs CHD 201 and CHD 230. These B.B. King masters are presented as they were originally recorded - without the addition of overdubbing of new backings and brass tracks which have appeared on some reissues."
"Made in West Germany" on label and back cover.
